At ByxShop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email us at ianguevarrashopifybusiness@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
